Administration department
The department coordinates and implements the strategic plan of evangelization as well as carrying out an efficient parish management. It reviews the performance of the employees for successful work and service to the Kibera community. The department also ensures that the plan and directives are in accordance with the archdiocese of Nairobi. It promotes spiritual support among the community by ensuring smooth running of faith formation, sacraments, liturgical celebrations and parish events.
It encourages participation and dialogue among the parish council and departmental coordinators. It plans and evaluates meetings with the staff members. It organizes seminars and workshops to propitiate a healthy organizational climate and empowerment of the parish personnel. It elaborates the formulation of the financial plan and proposals to raise funds for parish projects and activities.
