We Serve And Worship The Lord

Our main focus is on human and Christian values by which we evangelize our parishioners through catechesis, retreats, seminars and workshops.

Our team members are; catechists, small Christian communities, youth, choirs and Sunday school. We work jointly with the above groups to build solidarity and good neighborliness in the community through gospel values.

Our aim is to enhance deep personal relationship with God and enable them be true witnesses of Jesus Christ. It’s through this empowerment our parishioners’ will go forth and be the salt of the earth in Kibera community.

Catechists

Currently the parish has eleven trained volunteer catechists and we are now looking forward for the graduation of thirty trainee catechists in November this year who have been in training since March 2008. This new team will be of great support since we have many programs to be taken care of.

We are aware of the social problems of our people and that is why we are putting emphasis in giving the best training we can to our parishioners. We welcome well wishers and good friends who wish to support us in our endeavors. Let’s join hands in building the kingdom of God in our midst.

“We are called to be brothers and sisters keeper” (Genesis 4:5)

Our vision for the next three years will be; evangelizing through communal dialogue so as to enhance good neighborliness and change of heart in Kibera.
